    Collaboration Presales Engineer

    Description

    • The Collaboration Presales Engineer shall be responsible for all Presales activities involving solutions around Collaboration (Solution Architecting and Technology Sales) deliverables in the company.
    • He is to coordinate his activities and ensure bids and solutions inquiries are attended to within the time committed to meeting customer business outcomes at the best possible price.
    • He ensures the submission to the bid desk/Sales account managers/executives is of high quality and positions ITH for a win against its competition.
    • The technology focus is on collaboration, and any technology solutions the company takes up at any time.
    • He constantly advises the business on evolving technologies based on market trends and customer requests.
    • He is responsible for driving OEM/vendor/Distributor engagement to ensure ITH is at the appropriate partnership level supporting her Business with customers. He is responsible for his financial target.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate and oversee all the unit’s Presales activities (Solution Architecting and Technology Sales on Collaboration).
    • Participate and ensure the proper and cost-effective solution is always proposed to the customer.
    • Directs the team to support sales in achieving the company's technology financial targets.
    • Manages relationships and partnerships with OEMs, vendors, and Distributors.
    • Plan and deliver technology workshops to customers to generate business opportunities.
    • Constantly provide leadership and develop the team per market needs for technology delivery and global technology trends.
    • Provides technical support for the Sales and Implementation in the review of new business.
    • Builds relationships with customers and global partners, especially with the Team Lead, Collaboration, resulting in superior solutions and deeper loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions.
    • Perform other duties that the organization may assign.
    • Provides in-depth knowledge and expertise on pre-sales and technical activities/ engagement.
    • Provide the Team Lead, collaborate with reports, measure business performance through data and metrics analysis, and develop ways to improve processes.
    • Oversee all research and development in line with the company's strategic plan and technology activities for enhancing existing and developing new products/services and advising on the technical roadmap.
    • Assess the business risks of new technical, commercial, and partnership opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • University Degree in Computer Science, Technology-related courses, Engineering, or other numerate disciplines
    • A master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related fields from a recognized University will be an advantage.
    • CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional),

    Datacenter Presales Engineer

    Position Overview

    • We seek a highly skilled and motivated Datacenter Presales Engineer to join our dynamic team.
    • The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of networking, server, storage, and virtualization solutions and be able to work closely with sales teams to drive the success of customer engagements.
    • A Highly skilled Datacenter Presales Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco ACI, fabric networking, compute platforms, virtualization, HCI, and enterprise storage.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design full‑stack datacenter architectures integrating compute, ACI, storage, and virtualization

    • Design core data center network topologies such as leaf‑spine, L2/L3 fabrics, overlays, segmentation, and QoS.
    • Define network security policies, multi‑tenant isolation, and east‑west security frameworks.
    • Integrate routing, switching, load balancing, firewalls, and application delivery into the datacenter stack.
    • Support sales cycles with technical demos, solution design sessions, and performance sizing

    • Work with the sales team to create technical content for RFPs, RFQs, and proposals, focusing on technical accuracy and system compatibility.
    • Create solution architectures, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and Proof of Value (PoV) based on identified needs, ensuring proposed datacenter designs (Blade/Rack servers, HCI) integrate seamlessly with existing customer environments.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization’s datacenter solutions —including compute, fabric interconnects, and management platforms — to provide technical guidance to customers.
    • Work closely with the engineering and product management teams to stay current on new hardware releases, firmware enhancements, and software-defined features.
    • Drive customer satisfaction by validating that proposed designs meet performance benchmarks and up-time requirements.
    • Achieving financial targets for the datacenter solution areas under your management through accurate scoping and optimized design.
    • Evaluate and optimize solution performance periodically to ensure hardware is utilized efficiently in line with organizational goals.
    • Assist in developing business cases, TCO/ROI models, and modernization roadmaps.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, building long‑term technical credibility.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • CCNP Data Center, VCP (VMware Certified Professional), or equivalent industry certifications from major OEMs (Cisco, Dell, HPE, NetApp).
    • Proven experience in designing and architecting datacenter solutions, including Unified Compute, SAN/Fabric switching, and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI).
    • Experience working with multiple OEMs and vendors in the datacenter ecosystem to create multi-vendor integrated solutions.
    • Ability to align technical solutions with business goals, focusing on TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and financial objectives.
    • Excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
    • Familiarity with creating BOMs, pricing strategies, and complex solution configurations using vendor-specific tools (e.g., CCW, HPE Synergy, or Dell Solutions Configurator).

    Network & Security Engineer

    Summary

    • As the Network & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the organization’s network, security, voice, and server infrastructure.
    • This role requires a hands-on professional capable of designing, implementing, and troubleshooting across multiple technology domains while ensuring the availability, security, and optimal performance of critical business systems.
