Regional Manager – Retail Operations

What You Will Do:
- Oversee and manage retail operations(sports betting) across assigned regions
- Drive shop onboarding, activation, and conversion
- Monitor agent performance and implement growth strategies
- Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards
- Execute promotional activities to boost brand visibility
- Provide performance insights and reports to management
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in retail operations (betting or fintech is a strong advantage)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Data-driven mindset with solid reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple regions and meet targets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
