    Logistics Officer

    Job Summary

    • Logistics Officer will assist in managing the day-to-day logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
    • This role involves coordinating with various departments, handling documentation, and supporting the sales team to maintain high operational standards.

    Duties& Responsibilities
    Coordination and Communication:

    • Assist in coordinating with sales and marketing team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
    • Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., sales, finance, HR, warehouse) to align logistics activities with company goals.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare and manage documentation related to breakdowns, repairs, and mobile management.
    • Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and activities.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and suggest solutions.
    • Assist in implementing new logistics strategies and technologies.

    Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Promote and adhere to health and safety regulations within the logistics environment.

    Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of logistics software and ERP systemsis a plus.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of two (2) years working experience in Sales and Marketing activities, in an FMCG Company.
    • You must be a grass root person who has been involved in new product development/redistribution

    Human Resources (HR) Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement and manage HR policies and procedures that align with overall company strategy.
    • Create and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives consistent with company objectives
    • Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding of newly hired staff.
    • Administer performance appraisal scheme and provide support for employee career advancement.
    • Ensure compliance with Employment laws and regulatory requirements across all aspects of employee life cycle.
    • Ensure employee benefits, such as healthcare, vacation, and personal leave policies, fulfill company objectives.
    • Support administrative functions of the company, including maintaining offices or other facilities, payment of utility bills, procurement of office and HR inventory.
    • Facilitate with management and execution of training and development programs to ensure the skills and knowledge needed by the staff to perform their roles are current, relevant, and cost-effective.
    • Manage safety and identification protocols to ensure all people on the premises can operate in a secure environment by following appropriate safety policies and protocols.

    Requirements

    • Relevant Degrees in HR and Administration (Post graduation will be given preference).
    • Candidate must have 10 to 15 years of Experience in HR & Administration role.
    • Must have experience in FMCG andmanufacturing.
    • Must have handled Unionised and contract staff of about 2000 work strength and more (400 to 500 Unionised staff & 1500 to 2000 contract staff).
    • Must have handled all audits related to HR by internal or external parties (NESRA, LAWMA, Safety , Federal and state bodies independently ).
    • Must be fully aware of ILO and Nigerian labor laws.
    • Documentation and other compliance awareness.
    • Strong personality to handle all workforce strength mentioned above.
    • Must have experience working with cross functional departments.
    • Training and development of all employees.
    • Active employee engagement.
    • Constructive mindset.
    • Good track records.
