    Analyst - E Commerce

    Reports To: Manager - Performance Marketing

    • Plan and execute marketing initiatives that increase traffic, conversions, and overall e-commerce sales.

    Description:

    • Manage end-to-end performance tracking of mtn.ng and MTN eShop funnels, including data bundle purchases, device sales, broadband router orders, and online SIM requests, identifying friction points and quantifying revenue leakage per stage.
    • Monitor transaction drop off diagnostics across mtn.ng and eShop payment flows, escalating technical failures impacting revenue.

    Accountant - Sales Support General Ledger

    Auditor - Network Audit

    Description:

    • Identify, assess, and document risks associated with network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and communication protocols.

    Manager - Transmission Core Capacity Planning

    Mission:

    • To provide strategic and supervisory role for cost effective design, planning and improvement of core transmission backhauls through the Metro, Backbone & Switch centers including Core Fiber Infrastructure planning and scope of work for deployment.     Description:

    • Manage the design and planning of optical transmission across the national Fiber backbone & metro networks.

      • Ensure due process and procedural fairness in all employee-related matters.
    • Compliance & Risk Management
      • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws including, Labour Act, Trade Unions Act etc. as well as other relevant case law and Industrial Court precedents.
      • Review and update HR policies to align with evolving regulations.
      • Conduct internal audits on employee relations compliance.
      • Support litigation management in collaboration with Legal.
      • Deep understanding of Nigerian Labour Act, Trade Unions Act, NICN processes.
      • Ability to interpret legal provisions and apply them operationally.
    • Conflict Resolution & Workplace Mediation
      • Provide advisory support in mediation of disputes between employees and management.
      • Facilitate resolution of team-level conflicts before escalation.
      • Provide advisory support during restructuring, redundancy, or role changes.
      • Support change management initiatives to minimize industrial disruption.
    • Advisory to Leadership
      • Provide strategic advice to business leaders on workforce risk exposure.
      • Prepare ER/IR dashboards and reports for executive review.
      • Identify early warning signals of employee dissatisfaction or union agitation.
      • Coach line managers on handling difficult employee conversations.
    • Documentation & Reporting
      • Maintain accurate records of; disciplinary cases, grievances, union engagements, industrial disputes etc.
      • Prepare reports for regulatory bodies when required.
      • Develop trend analysis reports for HR leadership.
      • Maintain records of all industrial and employee relations events and activities.

    Education:

    • First degree in any related discipline 
    • Fluent in English

    Experience:

    • 3 – 7 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience with working with others.
    • Experience working in a medium organization
