    Sales Agents

    About the Role

    • We’re hiring smart, energetic, and persuasive Sales Agents to help drive sales for our residential estates in the Sangotedo axis. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, calling and following up, attending physical site inspections, and closing deals.
    • If you’re the type who waits to be handed leads without taking initiative, this role is not for you.
    • You’ll be part of a target-driven team and supported by our marketing department—but it’s your job to make sure leads turn into clients and clients turn into buyers.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Generate leads through calls, referrals, WhatsApp marketing, social media, field activation, etc.
    • Follow up on leads consistently until they either convert or are disqualified.
    • Schedule and attend site inspections with clients in Sangotedo.
    • Present the project convincingly, address objections, and push toward closing.
    • Keep activity records using our CRM and WhatsApp sales templates.
    • Escalate serious prospects to your Team Lead for joint closing when necessary.

    What You Must Bring

    • 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate, banking, insurance, or high-ticket items preferred).
    • Confidence to sell on the phone and in person.
    • Street smarts and drive—you know how to find buyers anywhere: churches, hotels, social circles, referrals.
    • Willingness to move between VI and Sangotedo as needed.
    • Basic tech skills—WhatsApp, Google Forms, CRM (we’ll train you).
    • Strong work ethic, persistence, and a hunger to earn.

    Sales Team Lead - Lead Generation, Inspections & Closures

    About The Role

    • Emerging Homeland Developments Limited is actively building off-plan residential estates in the Sangotedo axis of Lagos. 
    • We’re looking for a no-excuses Sales Team Lead who can take full ownership of the entire sales funnel, from aggressive lead generation to physical inspections and deal closure.
    • You will lead a team responsible for sourcing leads through any means necessary, online campaigns, offline outreach, hotel activations, event presence, religious venues, referrals, cold calls, walk-ins, and direct agent engagement. Your job is to turn interest into inspections, and inspections into sales.

    Your Responsibilities
    Lead Generation:

    • Drive your team to generate high-quality leads from every possible source:
    • Digital campaigns (in collaboration with the marketing team)
    • Field activation (churches, events, hotels, expos, etc.)
    • Agent networks and partnerships
    • Cold calls, outbound visits, and referrals
    • Review and direct all lead-gen campaigns with a “whatever-it-takes” mindset
    • Ensure lead database is organized, tracked, and followed up without fail

    Site Inspections:

    • Ensure every qualified lead is booked for physical inspection at Sangotedo sites
    • Manage logistics, team coordination, and client readiness for each site tour
    • Maintain a clean pipeline of leads moving from awareness to inspection to decision

    Deal Closure:

    • Coach your team to follow up diligently, address objections, and close sales
    • Step in to close deals personally when needed, especially for high-value clients
    • Maintain conversion metrics and ensure monthly targets are consistently met

    Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and discipline your sales team when necessary
    • Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, inspections, and closures
    • Drive performance through accountability, motivation, and professional example

    You Must Have

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, real estate sales, or direct consumer sales (high-ticket preferred)
    • Proven track record of leading a small sales team and meeting/exceeding targets
    • Strong understanding of Lagos sales terrain—particularly Ajah-Sangotedo real estate corridor
    • Experience designing and executing physical and digital lead generation campaigns
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp-based sales follow-up
    • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
    • Hunger for results, not just processes

    This Role Is Not For You If:

    • You only want to sit in the office and wait for leads
    • You aren’t comfortable leading your team into field activities
    • You avoid targets, performance reviews, or hands-on sales
    • You’ve never taken clients on site visits or closed a real estate sale.

    Site Engineer

    Role Overview

    • The Project Engineer - Execution & Supervision will lead on-site construction, manage subcontractors, enforce technical quality, and ensure project timelines are met.
    • This role is for a hands-on engineer who is deeply familiar with structural execution, pays close attention to finish quality, and thrives in environments where daily reporting, digital documentation, and scrutiny are the norm.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Execution & Supervision:

    • Oversee site construction to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and timelines.
    • Manage subcontractors, artisans, and site workers for optimal productivity.
    • Resolve technical issues and ensure seamless work progression across all phases.

    Quality Control & Safety Compliance:

    • Enforce adherence to safety policies, local building codes, and engineering standards.
    • Conduct regular quality inspections—across structure, MEP, and finishing.
    • Lead HSE enforcement and report non-compliance or incidents promptly.

    Site Coordination & Communication:

    • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, architects, and internal teams.
    • Ensure clean, professional site presentation for walk-throughs by clients, agents, or investors.
    • Maintain discipline, task allocation, and workforce motivation.

    Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain structured digital records: daily logs, material usage, subcontractor activities, etc.
    • Submit daily/weekly reports via Google Drive - including photos, videos, and commentary.
    • Track milestone sign-offs and consultant inspections on a rolling basis.

    Cost & Resource Management:

    • Assist with budgeting, material estimates, and procurement planning.
    • Monitor on-site inventory and prevent wastage.
    • Ensure correct storage and handling of materials to avoid rework or losses.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or Construction Management.
    • 5 - 10 years of recent, relevant experience supervising residential construction sites.
    • Professional Engineering License (e.g., COREN, NSE, NIOB, CORBON) is required.
    • Certification in site safety or HSE standards (e.g., OSHA, HSE Level 1–3) is an advantage.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, methods, and local regulations.
    • Experience with piling, structural works, block laying, roofing, and finishes.
    • Strong understanding of site QA/QC, especially under off-plan sales conditions.
    • Ability to read technical drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
    • Competent in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Google Docs/Sheets/Drive.
    • Self-discipline, attention to detail, and ability to enforce quality without compromise.
    • Excellent communication, site leadership, and issue resolution capabilities.
