    Site Engineer

    Role Overview

    • The Project Engineer - Execution & Supervision will lead on-site construction, manage subcontractors, enforce technical quality, and ensure project timelines are met.
    • This role is for a hands-on engineer who is deeply familiar with structural execution, pays close attention to finish quality, and thrives in environments where daily reporting, digital documentation, and scrutiny are the norm.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Execution & Supervision:

    • Oversee site construction to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and timelines.
    • Manage subcontractors, artisans, and site workers for optimal productivity.
    • Resolve technical issues and ensure seamless work progression across all phases.

    Quality Control & Safety Compliance:

    • Enforce adherence to safety policies, local building codes, and engineering standards.
    • Conduct regular quality inspections—across structure, MEP, and finishing.
    • Lead HSE enforcement and report non-compliance or incidents promptly.

    Site Coordination & Communication:

    • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, architects, and internal teams.
    • Ensure clean, professional site presentation for walk-throughs by clients, agents, or investors.
    • Maintain discipline, task allocation, and workforce motivation.

    Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain structured digital records: daily logs, material usage, subcontractor activities, etc.
    • Submit daily/weekly reports via Google Drive - including photos, videos, and commentary.
    • Track milestone sign-offs and consultant inspections on a rolling basis.

    Cost & Resource Management:

    • Assist with budgeting, material estimates, and procurement planning.
    • Monitor on-site inventory and prevent wastage.
    • Ensure correct storage and handling of materials to avoid rework or losses.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or Construction Management.
    • 5 - 10 years of recent, relevant experience supervising residential construction sites.
    • Professional Engineering License (e.g., COREN, NSE, NIOB, CORBON) is required.
    • Certification in site safety or HSE standards (e.g., OSHA, HSE Level 1–3) is an advantage.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, methods, and local regulations.
    • Experience with piling, structural works, block laying, roofing, and finishes.
    • Strong understanding of site QA/QC, especially under off-plan sales conditions.
    • Ability to read technical drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
    • Competent in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Google Docs/Sheets/Drive.
    • Self-discipline, attention to detail, and ability to enforce quality without compromise.
    • Excellent communication, site leadership, and issue resolution capabilities.
