• You will be working in the automotive service department, assisting fleet drivers with routine maintenance and other vehicle repairs.

Job Responsibilities

• Service vehicles in a timely manner for routine scheduled maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
• Assist fleet drivers who need repairs for their vehicle by ordering parts, diagnosing problems, performing vehicle operations tests and installing new components.
• Communicate with the supervisor on a regular basis about work performed, necessary changes, new parts needed or any other concerns related to repair or maintenance work on vehicles.
• Keep up with required knowledge and skills to ensure the work completed is of the highest quality.
• Maintain a clean working environment on the workshop floor by putting materials and parts away as work is completed and ensuring the customer’s car is kept neat and orderly throughout the scope of work.
• Adhere to best practices when working in the automotive service environment by reporting any accidents or incidents to management as soon as possible.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

• At least Three years of experience working in the automotive industry Tata Motors/ Suzuki /Toyota/ Hyundai/Nissan
• SSC/OND or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record clear of major violations
• Ability to drive a manual / Automatic transmission vehicle

Preferred:

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service
• English language skills    
• 3years experience related to the role

Job responsibility.

• Manage the spare part store organization and space utilization
• Manage supervision of spare parts movements and control of stocks
• Ensure and maintain proper inventory system and all parts issued/received are reflected immediately on to the stock card daily
• Provides information of any excess, lose and damaged item
• Take the responsibility of the stock only on the bases of an effective /documented and signed inventory
• Record properly the Receiving/ Issuing Slip / Stock
• Maintain Cards form & all other stock related documents
• Keep and file each document relative to a stock movement
• Ensure discipline and security in the Spare Part Department
• Report immediately stock movement information in Portal
• Establish strong working coordination with the workshop key staff
• Establish spare part purchasing request to recomplete the stock
• Maintain Minimum reordering Stock levels
• Ensure systematically stock reconciliation
• Inform the workshop Manager of any discrepancies / trace causes

Skills

• The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
• Advanced notions in computer literacy / data processing (Word, Excel, Access)
• Minimum 3-year relevant experience
• Relevant trainings in mechanical works is an added advantage
• Relevant experience in supervising automobile spare parts    
• 3years experience related to the role
