Role Summary

The Operations Associate will support the coordination and execution of procurement activities, ensuring that deals are properly tracked, managed, and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage all active deals from initiation to completion
• Follow up with clients and vendors to ensure progress
• Support vendor sourcing and coordination
• Assist in preparing invoices and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and activities
• Ensure internal coordination between business development and execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic proficiency in tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
• Prior experience in operations, admin, or coordination roles is an advantage
