The Role:

A detail-oriented professional responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, and supporting smooth operational flow through effective store management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Issue materials in line with approved requests
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials
• Monitor stock levels and trigger timely replenishment
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• B.Sc/HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in store or inventory management
• Experience in construction or manufacturing is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Inventory management systems and MS Office
• Knowledge of stock control processes

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to handle physical stock and warehouse operations
