    Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
    • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Administer benefits, compensation, and payroll programs.

    Personal Assistant to the Executive Director

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Executive Director
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, schedule, and correspondence of the executive, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing productivity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Handle email and phone communications, responding to routine inquiries and escalating complex issues.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
