Responsibilities

• Assist experienced consultants with booking and planning trips for clients
• Research and provide travel options, including flights, accommodations, and activities
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc
• No prior experience required, but passion for learning is a must!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills,canva and video editing skills on what is trending is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the supermarket including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage and supervise supermarket staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability, including merchandising and promotional activities.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any related field of study
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Screen, interview, and hire candidates; manage the orientation and onboarding of new employees for hub centres & hub operations.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and conflicts, promote a positive work culture, and implement effective HR policies.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits and payroll processes to ensure timely payments.
• Training and Development: Create and implement training programs and professional development plans for staff.
• Compliance and Records: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records and paperwork.
• Performance Management: Ensure performance management initiatives to improve business performance.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field
• 2 - 5 years experience in agricultural sector or FCMG
• Experience on farming/agricultural procedures, loan disbursement for applicants and education on investment plans
• Knowledge on labour law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Professional certification in Human resource management.
