    Video Editor / Motion Graphics Developer

    • The Video Editor/Motion Graphics Developer (Staff Analyst level) is responsible for producing high-quality video and motion graphic content to support digital learning and corporate communication goals. The role blends creativity with technical expertise to craft engaging, brand-aligned multimedia assets. This individual plays a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, timely, and compliant visuallearning experiences.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create engaging video content and motion graphics for training, internal communications, and digital learning.
    • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to align visuals with learning goals.
    • Edit, animate, and optimize videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Camtasia.
    • Ensure all content meets technical, brand and accessibility standards.

    The E-Learning Interaction Developer will play a crucial role in the creation and development of interactive e-learning modules, ensuring they are engaging, pedagogically sound, and technically robust.     REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 2+ years of experience in e-learning development, with a focus on interactive content creation.
    • Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or similar platforms.
