About the Role

A facility management company is seeking a driven Sales / Marketing Officer, with proven experience in facility management business development. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, persuasive, and passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new facility management businesses and close deals of residential estates and apartments, commercial and. corporate spaces 
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Facility Management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build longterm relationships
• Friendly, persuasive, confident, and goaldriven personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
