    Senior Associate, Recruitment and Executive Selection

    • The Senior Associate, Recruitment and Executive Selection position will lead complex recruitment and executive search engagements, manage high-value client relationships, and contribute to the division’s strategic objectives. The Senior Associate is responsible for overseeing project delivery, mentoring team members, and driving the development of innovative recruitment strategies.

    This role reports to the Partner in charge of the Recruitment and Executive Search Unit and has dotted lines with other partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and execute complex recruitment and executive search projects.
    • Develop proposals and contribute to business development initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and organizational standards.
    • Oversee candidate sourcing, assessments, and shortlisting.
    • Maintain quality control across all client deliverables.
    • Innovate and refine recruitment tools, methodologies, and strategies.
    • Prepare reports and insights for internal and client stakeholders.
    • Mentor and support team members.
    • Monitor project budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases.
    • Promote ethical practices, risk management, and professionalism.
    • Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to thought leadership.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields (2nd Class minimum); advanced degrees/certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) preferred.
    • 5-7 years of relevant experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
    • Proven track record in client management, business development, and leading recruitment teams.
    • Strong project management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and data analytics.

    To help you succeed on the role, you will need to have.

    • Experience in the design and implementation of Assessment Centres
    • Experience in the design and implementation of Graduate and Management Trainee Programmes
    • Experience in Aptitude Testing design and implementation
    • Experience in Recruitment Project management
    • Experience in Executive Search and Selection
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Power Point, Excel (Intermediate - Advanced Proficiency Level)
