The Head, Business Development & Sales will lead revenue expansion, client engagement, and the promotion of our full suite of professional services. This executive-level role is ideal for a seasoned business developer with the vision and drive to scale impact across multiple service lines.
The role will report to the MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and execute a firm-wide business development and sales strategy that drives revenue and market growth.
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead high-value negotiations, proposals, and engagements in collaboration with divisional heads.
Oversee the delivery of quality proposals and client solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Represent the firm at industry forums and events, elevating brand visibility and thought leadership.
Mentor team leads and foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.
Ensure compliance, manage risk, and champion organizational values in all engagements.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in business development and sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in hitting revenue targets and expanding market reach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; an MBA or certifications like CIM, SHRM are highly preferred.
Deep understanding of B2B services (experience in consulting, HR, or professional services is a strong advantage).
Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, proposal development, and data analytics tools.
