Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcoming and reception of guests into the service area.
• Serve food and/or beverages to guests.
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
• Inform customers of daily specials.
• Clean tables after guests have finished eating.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Ability to work different schedules, like weekend, night and holidays
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, shooters, and specialty drinks
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences.Answer questions about the beverages and offering suggestions to enhance their overall experience.
• Keep the bar area clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times. Ensure all glassware, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized regularly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, mixology techniques, and new beverage products.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 years work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Mixologist in a reputable establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, and cocktail recipes.
• Creativity and ability to develop unique and innovative drink recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
