Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests. Warmly welcome guests and provide them with menus.
• Listen attentively to guests' food and drink preferences and take accurate orders.
• Answer any questions about the menu and offer recommendations.
• Ensure efficient and timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables. Serve multiple tables and prioritize tasks to maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Set up and clean tables before and after each guest's use
• Respond promptly to guests' inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Present bills to guests, accept cash payments, and process card transactions accurately.
• Teamwork: collaborate with other staff, including kitchen personnel and bartenders, to ensure smooth service and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a standard and reputable organization is an advantage, though required training may be provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good numeracy skills for processing payments accurately.
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic restaurant operations and service etiquette.

• We are seeking a skilled and creative mixologist to join our team. As a mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting unique and innovative cocktails, maintaining the bar area and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design an enticing and diverse cocktail menu that caters to our customers' preferences while showcasing your creativity and knowledge of mixology. Continually experiment with new ingredients, flavors, and techniques to stay ahead of beverage trends.
• Skillfully mix and prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks. Ensure that each beverage is crafted with precision, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Oversee the inventory of alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients, syrups, bitters, garnishes, and bar tools. Place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and organized bar.
• Welcome guests warmly, take beverage orders, and recommend drinks based on their preferences. Engage with customers, answering questions about the beverages and offering suggestions to enhance their overall experience.
• Serve beverages efficiently and responsibly, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol. Handle cash transactions and provide customers with accurate bills.
• Keep the bar area clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times. Ensure all glassware, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized regularly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, mixology techniques, and new beverage products. Share your knowledge with other team members, providing training and guidance to improve overall bar service.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards and local regulations concerning food and beverage service.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a reputable establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creativity and ability to develop unique and innovative drink recipes.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and precision in drink preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

• Overseeing staff

• Ensuring the smooth running of services.
• Assist in the training and induction of new staff in conjunction with the Heads of Department.
• Ensure the security of the hotel, stocks and keys at all times whilst on duty.
• Assist other managers in complying with legal obligations in relation to Health & Safety. Ensure that risk assessments are carried out and reviewed regularly.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
