Bar Man / Waiter (Dual Role – Bar & Floor Service) at Elevate Motion Studio

We are hiring a responsible and dependable individual to work as both a bar man and waiter at our establishment. This is not a casual role — you will be managing the bar and also attending to customers on the floor, so if you can’t handle pressure or multitask, this isn’t for you.

Location: Bwari (Applicants must live in Bwari or very close by — no exceptions)

Working Hours (Shift-Based):

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  OR
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Flexibility is required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the bar efficiently (drinks preparation, stock awareness, cleanliness)
• Serve customers promptly and professionally
• Take and deliver orders accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area
• Handle customers respectfully while keeping service fast and smooth
• Take ownership of the bar during your shift

Requirements:

• Must live in Bwari or within close proximity (non-negotiable)
• Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work without constant supervision
• Ability to multitask between bar duties and customer service
• Good communication and basic customer service skills
• Must be punctual and consistent — lateness will not be tolerated
• Previous experience is an advantage, but attitude matters more

Salary:

• Negotiable based on performance and experience
