Sales Promoter (Solar Products) at BlueWave New Energy Technology Nigeria Company Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and drive awareness of our solar system brand within Alaba market.
• Actively engage and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key market players.
• Educate dealers on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to encourage sales.
• Support dealers with product information, pricing, and promotional materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the market.
• Ensure consistent brand visibility and representation across the market.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall market expansion.
• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management team.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in sales, promotion, or business development (preferably in solar, inverter, lithium battery, home appliances, or mobile phone industry).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Good understanding of market dynamics, especially within Alaba or similar commercial hubs.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month (excluding commissions and bonuses).
