A Degree or HND in Accounting or professional certificate
Experience
2 - 3 years previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
Previous experience with Multi National Company. Previous experience with Shipping Industry will be an added advantage
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Accounting skills.
Good organizational skills.
Excellent time management skill.
Job Role
Preparing quotes to clients
Liaison with airlines, shipping lines
Liaison with clients on the update of their job activities
Following up with operations on pending jobs and ensuring that same are executed by the team
Timely invoicing of files
Following up payment from clients where necessary
Generating invoice based on agreed tariffs and contractual terms.
Qualification and Experience
A degree or HND certificate.
Professional certificate or equivalent experience
3 years previous experience on the job role
Previous experience with Multi National Company.
Previous experience with Shipping Industry will be an added advantage
Skill Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good organizational skills.
Excellent communications skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Motivated self-starter.
