Customer Support Personnel at Rexford Car Rental

Responsibility

• Ensure all calls are answered and recorded for reference purposes. 
• Acting as the first point of contact for callers, answering emails and phone calls, passing messages on, or highlighting them for their manager’s attention. 
• Ensure all vehicles are inspected and in good condition before client use.
• Ensure payment is made by client on time for reservation and booking, also keep track of itinerary in case of driver overtime.
• Ensure calls and follow up on car vendor for drivers’ details are done swiftly.
• Ensure to onboard and manage new car host effectively. 
• Ensure drivers details are sent to client promptly, whilst communicating to the drivers to prepare for the job. 
• Reporting to upper management and handling secretarial and administrative tasks.
• Data entry, database maintenance, and record keeping of all cliental base. 
• Ensuring invoice is prepared, sent and document in our filing system. 
• Set up gathering areas for guests to make them feel welcome.
• Assist to take pictures, videos and feedback from clients.
• Keep notes and messages for the ceo.
• Monitor and handle all social media platforms, responding to all enquiries.
• Schedule video shoot with car host vehicle. Ensure to communicate date and time to the ceo and social media/content creator. 
• Manage the calendar and appointment scheduling for the ceo.
• Keeps, prepares, and distributes minutes of meetings when conducted.
• Reports, presentations, and letters must be typed, compiled, and prepared.
