The Role
Uniek Solutions is an AI marketing agency that helps businesses generate leads and book appointments. We are growing fast and need someone who can produce content at scale, support campaigns, manage workflows, and grow into a bigger role over time.
This is not a basic VA job. You will run an AI-powered production pipeline, manage multiple clients, and help build a company from the ground up. The right person can eventually grow into an operations leadership role.

- Trial: Paid trial with 4 candidates starting at the same time; the best 1-2 candidates stay
What You Will Be Doing
This is a multitasking startup role. Some days you may focus on one area, but most days you will touch several.
Video Ad Production
- Produce short-form video ads for clients and internal projects
- Use AI tools to create and improve video content
- Organize scripts, images, assets, and final outputs
- Help build faster workflows for high-volume video production
- Test hooks, formats, CTAs, and creative angles
- Expected long-term output goal: 100+ short-form video ads per week once trained and comfortable with the workflow.
Bulk Content Workflow Support
- This role is not only about making one video at a time. We want someone who can learn how to produce content efficiently in volume by:
Generating scripts in batches
- Gathering or generating image assets in batches
- Organizing content by client and campaign
- Using bulk video production tools or workflows
Reviewing outputs
- Editing and polishing final videos
- Handling captions, timing, and lip sync when needed
- You do not need to know our exact workflow yet, but you must be willing to learn fast and improve your speed over time.
Website & Landing Page Support
- Put together simple landing pages or one-page websites using AI-assisted tools
- Make WordPress updates such as text changes, pricing updates, offers, and page edits
- Help launch and improve landing pages for campaigns
- Keep pages clean, organized, and conversion-focused
- You do not need to be a professional developer, but you should be comfortable using AI tools to help build or update simple pages quickly.
AI Tools, Research & Organization
- Research new AI tools and suggest faster ways to work
- Help manage AI content workflows
- Organize Google Drive files, folders, scripts, images, and exports
- Document repeatable processes and help build SOPs
- Support campaign organization and basic reporting
- Help with general startup tasks as needed
Content & Social Media Support
- Help prepare content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Review and improve AI-generated content
- Help organize content calendars
- Assist with posting and scheduling
- Help build Uniek Solutions online presence
AI Tools
- You may use any strong AI tools you prefer for video creation, editing, research, scripting, image generation, landing page creation, and workflow organization.
We care most about:

- If you already have a process for producing multiple videos from one idea, mention it in your application.
Communication
- We prefer communication through Telegram or WhatsApp and submissions through Google Drive or Gmail.
You must be able to:
- Send clear updates

- Respond consistently
- Communicate professionally
- Ask smart questions when needed
- Use fluent written and spoken English
What We Are Looking For
- Skills matter, but mindset matters more. Tools can be taught. Ownership cannot.
- You think in batches and systems, not one task at a time
- You figure things out before asking Google first, ask second
- You take ownership and learn fast new tools in a day, not a month
- You communicate clearly with proactive updates
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Daily AI tool user ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
- Video editing experience with CapCut or a similar tool
- Social media management experience
- Reliable computer and internet setup

Pay & Growth
- Paid trial: $25 per week
- After trial: $50 per week
- After 3 months: $75-$100 per week
- After 6 months: $100-$150 per week
- After 12 months: $150-$200+ per week
Performance bonuses, access to paid AI tools after hiring, and first in line for promotions as we grow. Early hires who deliver do not stay at starting pay.
Trial Structure
- Four candidates start the paid trial simultaneously. Each week, the lowest performer is eliminated. After 2-3 weeks, the best 1-2 candidates get the full-time offer. Everyone gets paid for every hour worked. Only the best stay.
- Candidates are evaluated on output quality, speed and volume, organization, communication, learning speed, and initiative.
Skill Challenge Required to Apply
No resumes. Complete these two tasks instead.
Task A Video Ad + Bulk Thinking
- Create 1 short vertical ad for an insurance agency that wants more Medicare leads, 15-20 seconds, using any AI tools. It should include a strong hook, clear message, clean editing, and captions. Then create 1 more variation using Spanish and different hooks.
Include a 1-page note explaining how you would turn one concept into 20-30 variations, how you would organize files, what should be automated vs. manual, and what tools you would use.
Task B AI Tools & Workflow
- Create a 1-page document explaining how you would produce 30 videos from one offer.
Include: Script generation, image/asset generation, bulk video generation, editing, captions, final export, file organization
