    Job Description

    • Develop and maintain a framework to maintain high performance in the organisation.

    Software Engineering Manager

    The Role

    • This role will lead a team of software engineers both technically and otherwise.

    The Role

    • The Head of Marketing Ops will be a key member of the Marketing, Branding & Communications (MBC) team, responsible for departmental planning, strategies, technology, processes, and data that will help Reliance achieve projected growth objectives.
    • You will report to the VP of MBC.
    • This major strategic role requires an individual with strong leadership skills who can work cross-functionally and determine how to effectively align people, processes, and technology at a global level.
    • Lead a team of professionals to successfully develop departmental alignment and efficiency across all markets
    • Develop and manage departmental planning, management of strategic initiatives, and investment planning
    • Standardized global marketing operational processes resulting in consistency and higher quality across all markets
    • Own continuously improvement of the way we develop holistic, end-to-end marketing strategies and plans
    • Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value; make sure funnel measures can be analyzed by key dimensions such as industry, geo, and persona
    • Develop performance dashboards and support with robust reporting of insights on global marketing performance to ensure cross-functional alignment on the best possible data-driven marketing strategy (e.g., paid, organic, field events, nurturing programs, etc.)
