What You'll Do
Brand Awareness & Promotion
- Promote Pack'N'Pay B2C products within your community and online networks.
- Create awareness about our products and educate potential customers on how they work.
- Share approved marketing content across your social media platforms and community groups.
Customer Acquisition
- Refer and onboard new customers.
- Guide customers through registration and their first purchase or savings journey.
- Encourage repeat usage and customer retention.
Community Engagement
- Build relationships within campuses, workplaces, estates, religious groups, markets, and online communities.
- Introduce Pack'N'Pay to WhatsApp groups, Telegram communities, associations, and other relevant networks.
- Support community activations, campaigns, and promotional events.
Referrals & Sales Growth
- Drive customer referrals using your unique referral code or link.
- Promote special offers, campaigns, and community buying opportunities.
- Help increase customer engagement across Pack'N'Pay's B2C products.
Market Feedback
- Gather customer feedback and market insights.
- Report customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Share ideas that improve customer experience and business growth.
