Our client, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team. The role holder will ensure that all projects are implemented efficiently and to the satisfaction of the customer, and profitability of the organisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee telecoms projects to ensure delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and manage change effectively.
• Measure performance and prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of proven working experience as a project administrator, manager, or team-member preferably on telecommunications, information technology or construction projects.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in infrastructure rollout, construction or related endeavours.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with special penchant for project management, word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
• Good working interpretation knowledge of engineering and engineering drawings.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required.

The successful candidate will support project management activities and help ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Assist in developing detailed project plans, track progress, and prepare regular status reports for management.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor resource allocation, track deliverables, and escalate issues where necessary.
• Manage project documentation, maintain records, and support risk tracking and change control processes.
• Support budgeting, scheduling, and procurement activities as directed by project management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience coordinating or executing projects, preferably in telecoms or technology.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
