    Customer Relations Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and confident Customer Relations Manager to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Customer relations within the power and distribution industry and will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Making cold calls to clients introducing the company to them
    • Setting customer expectations and revenue goals.
    • Identifying customer demands and requirements.
    • Developing plans to address customer-specific needs.
    • Dealing with people of different backgrounds and temperaments.
    • Solving customer issues and complaints.
    • Planning strategies for customer care and conflict resolution.
    • Cross-selling products and services to the customer.
    • Advising customers on cost-effectiveness.
    • Offering exceptional customer service to customers.
    • Negotiating agreements with customers.

    Requirements

    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

    Sales Executive - Power and Distribution Market

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Executive to join our team in Lagos Market. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales within the power and distribution industry and will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed sales targets within the power and distribution market
    • Conduct market research to identify selling and evaluate customer needs.
    • Develop new business opportunities and identify potential customers
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the products and services on offer
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing customers
    • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
