Social Media Manager at a Cosmetics Brand

Noon is cosmetics brand built for the modern woman, celebrating beauty in every shade. We're growing fast and looking for a passionate, creative social media professional to help us build our community and take our brand to the next level.

The role

As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of Noon online. You'll own our presence across all platforms and be responsible for growing and engaging our audience.

• Manage and grow our social media pages across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X
• Create and schedule engaging content that reflects the Noon brand identity
• Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers for collaborations and campaigns
• Craft sales-driven posts designed to convert followers into customers — promoting products, offers, and launches in a compelling way
• Respond to customer queries and comments across all social media channels promptly and professionally
• Monitor trends in beauty and cosmetics to keep content fresh and relevant
• Track and report on key performance metrics — growth, engagement, reach, and sales conversions

Who we're looking for

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content trends
• Experience working with influencers or content creators
• Proven ability to create content that drives sales and conversions
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• A genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle content
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
