    Field Force Personnel

    Key Responsibilities

    • Visit dealers, partners, and customers to support aftersales and service operations. 
    • Coordinate device pickup and delivery activities. 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners. 
    • Promote company repair and aftersales services in the market. 
    • Follow up on pending cases, customer complaints, and escalations. 
    • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activities. 
    • Support achievement of SLA, TAT, and customer satisfaction targets. 
    • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management. 

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in field operations, sales support, or aftersales service. 
    • Good communication and relationship management skills. 
    • Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile device services. 
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
