    Sales Supervisor

    Available Locations:

    • Delta: Agbarho/Osubi (Warri), Effurun/Sapele (Warri), Abraka (Asaba), Issele-Uku, Ibusa
    • Anambra: Ogidi, Awka, Awkuzu
    • Abia: Osisioma (Aba)

    Salary: ₦130,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly

    Job Summary

    We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisors to lead field sales operations across assigned territories. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, manage Field Executives, strengthen customer relationships, ensure product availability, and deliver business targets through effective market execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales volume growth across assigned territories.
    • Supervise, coach, and monitor Field Executives to achieve performance targets.
    • Ensure the right product mix and product availability across customer outlets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
    • Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer insights.
    • Ensure excellent merchandising standards and brand visibility.
    • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
    • Execute territory and route-to-market plans effectively.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree.
    • 3–5 years' sales experience, preferably within FMCG, beverage, or distribution industries.
    • Previous experience managing sales teams is an added advantage.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
    • Good analytical and reporting skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Willingness to spend significant time in the field.
