    Inventory Controller

    Inventory controller

    • To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.
    • To oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement. Similarly, ensures that the stocks stacked physically protected in the warehouse.
    • To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members.
    •  To supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of spares, Raw material and Packaging material, etc., and consignment so that it can be accessed and identified easily.

    Blending Supervisor

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Sets up and start all mixing and blending tanks.
    • Obtains and understands all documentation for making batches. Ensures correct ingredients are used for each batch.
    • Pumping and pouring other additives into blending tanks in predetermined quantities.
    • Operates equipment (mixers, scales, meters, pumps, etc.) safely.
    • Monitors raw material usage on each blend are added correctly with right weights.
    • Ensures all raw materials returned to inventory have the right quantity and information on containers and containers are in good condition.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Laboratory analysts set up test equipment in the lab to complete specific procedures.
    • Laboratory analysts perform complex chemical tests on materials and samples as requested or assigned.
    • They diligently log and analyze the data revealed by lab tests
