Decision Scientist at Renmoney

Job Description

• Develop credit and fraud scoring models along with other predictive models.
• Engage in ongoing optimization and automation of business processes.
• Craft KPI to gauge the effectiveness of risk strategies and business processes.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and progress tracking.
• Prepare requirements, liaise with stakeholders, manage timelines & expectations.
• Participate in/manage the full model lifecycle: deployment, monitoring, retraining, and updating.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, econometrics, economics, computer science.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.) and advanced MS Excel.
• Proven track record using predictive analytics to impact business outcomes.
• Background in credit risk modeling: scorecards, vintage analysis, decision trees, roll rate analysis.
• Familiarity with analytical software, like Power BI, is a plus.
• Experience with ML Ops on AWS or other cloud-based platforms is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Decision Scientist.
