Credit Control/Administrative Clerk at RS Hunter Limited

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Debt Collection

• Managing all receivables, on- boarding new customers, Customers account update.
• Reconciling accounts
• Submission of statements
• Calling and following up on all receivables, both aged and current

Administrative duties

• Ensuring the office is running at optimal levels
• Booking of flights
• General administrative duties

Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of the day to day operations of a business
• Understanding of FMCG operations
• Passion for entrepreneurial environment

Excellent computer skills (MS Office)

able to handle difficult, non-paying customers with diplomac

• Advanced excel skills
• Multi-tasking, attention to detail and checking
• Strong numerical reasoning skills

Requirements

MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Previous debtor’s clerk/ office administrative clerk experience 

MIN QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's Degree/HND in Account or finance related discipline
