    Technical Support Officer

    Job Description

    • Provide second-level support to internal and external clients/customers
    • Facilitate installation, configuration and implementation of developed solutions
    • Manage client/customer support requests and ensure feedback is provided within acceptable time limits

    IT Service Delivery Officer

    Job Description

    • Maintain high performing service support functions including IT Service Desk and general Technical Support.
    • Owner of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required.
    • Take ownership of major incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review.
    • Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
    • Champion service and support in projects and developing a strong understanding of projects impacting the service area and ensuring service impact is minimized and agreed.

    • Be an ambassador for IT, working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments.

    Requirements and Skills

    • A Degree in Management or IT related discipline.
    • 4 years work experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of IT network, systems, security, storage, server and server visualization.
    • Good knowledge of IT hardware and software maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting

    Network and Infrastructure Officer

    Job Description

    • Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network capacity meets existing and future requirements
    • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network resource administration and appropriate use
    • Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory, life cycle management and related documentation
    • Establish service level agreements with end users
    • Provides “ownership” of problem through final resolution
    • Plan, acquire, and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization’s network

    • Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent network activities
    • Manage operational costs; conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts for expanded functionality/user base
    • Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure
    • Test server performance and provide server performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining server infrastructure
    • Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory
    • Monitor and ensure service uptime in alignment with set target.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar.
    • Certified CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco network professional preferred.
    • A minimum of two years' experience as a network specialist.
    • Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, technologies, protocols, and security.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
