Fullstack Developer at RetainPro Management

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing front-end interfaces, developing and maintaining back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party systems, and optimizing performance across the stack. The engineer will collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate requirements into reliable features, troubleshoot issues in production, and contribute to code reviews and best practices. The role also involves improving developer tooling, supporting deployment pipelines, and ensuring adherence to security and privacy standards appropriate for healthcare technology.

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript frameworks, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess robust Back-End Web
• Development skills, including work with APls, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD worklows, and modern development practices (testing, code reviews, documentation) is beneficial.
• A background in building secure, scalable systems and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and comfort working in cross-functional, hybrid teams are required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience in health tech, fintech, or other highly regulated industries, and an interest in African healthcare
