    Area Operations Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple restaurants to ensure consistency, efficiency, and service excellence.
    • Lead, coach, and support Restaurant Managers; drive team performance, discipline, and professional development across all units.
    • Ensure all restaurants comply with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
    • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and quality checks to maintain brand standards in service, food quality, and restaurant appearance.
    • Monitor customer experience across all locations, analyze feedback, and implement corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
    • Manage area-wide budgets, monitor P&L performance, and implement strategies to optimize revenue, cost control, and overall profitability.
    • Review sales, labor, and expense reports from each restaurant to identify trends, opportunities, and operational gaps.
    • Oversee staffing levels, scheduling efficiency, and recruitment needs across units in partnership with Restaurant Managers and HR.
    • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and coordination with Supply Chain for seamless replenishment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain) and contribute to business growth, new openings, and strategic initiatives.

    Job Requirements & Qualifications

    • You have at least five to eight years of work experience
    • Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (mandatory).
    • 5–7 years’ experience in hospitality or restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
    • Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and operational system implementation.
    • Strong analytical and financial management skills, including P&L oversight.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and prioritize effectively across multiple locations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and operational management tools.

    CCTV Surveillance Personnel

    Job Responsibilities

    • Review CCTV footage daily across all BHL outlets.
    • Monitor for suspicious activities and immediately escalate any instances of theft, vandalism, misconduct, or any suspected crime.
    • Maintain a detailed logbook of all incidents for documentation and reference purposes.
    • Provide extracts from CCTV recordings to support internal investigations.
    • Ensure all cameras are functioning and recording 24/7; escalate any malfunctioning equipment promptly.
    • Monitor staff entry/exit compliance, ensuring use of the designated door and proper security checks.

    Job Requirements & Qualifications

    • You have at least zero to two years of work experience
    • OND/HND/BSc in any related field 
    • Strong observational and reporting skills.
    • Ability to work independently, stay alert, and maintain confidentiality.

    Job Description

    • The Event Coordinator supports the Event Planning Manager in the planning, organization, and execution of internal and client-paid events.
    •  The role ensures smooth operational execution, timely communication with clients and vendors, and adherence to quality standards. 

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in planning and coordinating internal and client-paid events from concept to completing.
    • Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
    • Support the Event Planning Manager in supervising on-site setup, catering, and overall event logistics.
    • Prepare event documentation, checklists, and schedules to ensure seamless execution.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support Bukka Hut’s growth objectives 
    • Ensure the supply chain operations supports profitability, scalability, and consistent product availability across all  restaurant segments 
    • Lead procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control teams to ensure seamless operations. 
    • Build strategic supplier partnerships to secure quality and reliable products, whilst ensuring cost efficiency. 
    • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
    • Negotiate long-term supplier agreements that hedge against inflation, currency fluctuations, and supply disruptions. 
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements. 
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to deliver on business goals. 
    • Establish vendor performance scorecards and drive supplier development initiatives. 
    • Design inventory control frameworks that balance working capital efficiency with operational reliability. 
    • Lead the adoption of supply chain technologies (ERP, inventory tracking, demand planning tools).

    Job Requirements & Qualifications

    • You have at least eight to ten years of work experience
    • Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related business discipline (MBA or professional certification in Supply Chain is an added advantage). 
    • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG, Retail or QSR (Quick 
    • Service Restaurant) industry. 
    • Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-site supply chain operations. 
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

    Acquisition Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new B2C catering opportunities across private and social events, including Owambe parties, birthdays, house parties, weddings, burials, anniversaries, and entertainment festivals.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients for events catering services.
    • Conduct client consultations to understand event requirements, budgets, and preferences.
