    Senior HR/Admin Officer (Luxury Products) - Lagos

    We are seeking to hire a Senior HR Officer who will manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions for our luxury home supplies business. This role requires a strong recruiter who can attract high-quality talent aligned with a premium brand, while also handling core HR operations, administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and capable of independently managing HR for a luxury-focused organization.

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
    • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that build a strong, diverse, and high-performing workforce.
    •  Design and manage onboarding and orientation programs that accelerate employee integration and engagement.
    • Oversee performance management and appraisal processes, coaching managers on goal setting, evaluations, and professional development.
    • Serve as a trusted HR business partner to senior leadership and employees, providing guidance on policies, employee relations, and organizational initiatives.
    • Lead resolution of complex employee relations issues, promoting fairness, consistency, and compliance with labor laws.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR programs that strengthen workplace culture, retention, and employee satisfaction.
    • Maintain and update HR policies, the employee handbook, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide strategic support on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development to align people strategy with business objectives.
    • Manage HR operations and administrative functions, including office management, facilities, vendor relations, and operational efficiency.

    QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive HR and administrative experience
    • Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
    • Proven ability to independently manage recruitment and HR operations
    • Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
