Procurement Coordinator at JC International

We are a leading service provider in the oil and gas, marine, and construction industry, looking for a dynamic and experienced Procurement Coordinator to lead our procurement operations and support project execution.

This role is central to ensuring seamless and timely delivery of both routine and project-based procurement. The ideal candidate must be a result-oriented professional who understands the urgency and complexities of procurement in the oil and gas space. Take ownership, respond swiftly to operational needs, and have a solid track record of delivering on procurement and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify procurement needs and project requirements.
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day and project-related procurement activities.
• Track procurement performance, manage vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Support ongoing and upcoming projects through efficient planning and procurement execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in procurement and/or project coordination, ideally within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and project timelines.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant procurement and project management software, tools, and applications.
