SME Business Acquisition (The Hunt): Proactively identify, negotiate, and successfully onboard and grow a network of high-volume sellers
SME Management & Retention: Serve as the primary contact for acquired partners, monitor their performance, measure their satisfaction, and ensure long-term, profitable relationships.
Channel Expansion: Design and execute a partner referral program to incentivize existing partners to sign up new distribution points, rapidly scaling our network.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
You have at least two to five years of work experience
Minimum of 4 years’ experience of building an aggressive partner acquisition and onboarding of service partners, preferably within the FMCG space
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building large client networks from scratch.
Exceptional negotiation skills and a strong commitment to achieving measurable results.
