    Business Development Manager

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand our client base, and increase market penetration for our technology products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, marketing, and advertising, with proven experience within the ICT or technology industry.

    The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, develop winning proposals, and execute marketing initiatives that promote our technology solutions to both public and private sector clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for the company's technology products and solutions. 
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. 
    • Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients. 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, corporate organizations, and strategic partners. 
    • Prepare business proposals, presentations, bids, and tender documents. 
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities. 
    • Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the company's products and services. 
    • Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online campaigns. 
    • Collaborate with technical teams to develop client-focused solutions and proposals. 
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking engagements. 
    • Monitor market trends and recommend strategies to improve market share and competitiveness. 
    • Prepare periodic reports on business development activities, sales performance, and marketing outcomes. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the ICT or technology sector. 
    • Experience developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. 
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling. 
    • Experience working with government and corporate clients is an added advantage. 
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. 
    • Strong proposal writing and business presentation skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets.

    • Strong commercial and strategic thinking. 
    • Excellent networking and stakeholder management abilities. 
    • Digital marketing and brand promotion experience. 
    • CRM and sales pipeline management. 
    • Project coordination skills. 
    • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value for clients.
