Job Summary 

• We are seeking a results-driven Marketer who thrives on achieving business targets.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and sales growth while building strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies across all channels.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Increase product distribution, visibility, and market penetration.
• Manage distributor relationships through market visits, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
• Achieve sales KPIs and ensure excellence in execution.
• Execute sales plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and other commercial stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of distributor activities and performance.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to distributors.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, or Distribution Management, preferably within the beverage industry.
• Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Experience in the liquor or retail industry is an added advantage.
