    Inventory Planning & Warehousing Lead

    • As the Inventory Planning & Warehousing Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of receipt, storage, inventory, and issuance of materials and valuable stock.

    Your contributions will include:

    • Stock Management: Physically receiving and securing stock items in designated areas within Ikeja Electric’s warehouses.
    • Quality Assurance: Verifying that all delivered materials conform to specifications before acceptance into the warehouse and prior to supplier payments.
    • Inventory Control: Conducting periodic physical checks and reconciliations to prevent pilferage and minimize damage.
    • Reporting and Forecasting: Supervising the compilation of weekly and monthly stock statements and preparing forecasts based on usage trends and consumption patterns.
    • System Accuracy: Maintaining accurate records in supply systems such as bin-cards and SAGE to ensure data integrity and compliance with audit requirements.

    • A relevant degree and/or MBA (or recognized equivalent).

    Work Experience:

    • A Chartered Accountant with relevant experience of 10-12 years.
    • Membership of a recognized Chartered organization relevant to the post

    Facility Management Officer

    As a Facility Management Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining Ikeja Electric’s facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance while optimizing facility operations.

    Your contributions will include:

    Preventive & Routine Maintenance:

    • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure consistent facility operation and minimal disruptions.
    • Facility Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of building systems (HVAC,plumbing, electrical, and structural components) to identify and address maintenance needs.
    • Safety & Compliance Management: Ensuring all facilities comply with safety and regulatory standards, including fire safety, electrical compliance, and environmental guidelines.

    Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

    • This role requires a BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

    • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
