Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate civil engineering and construction projects.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, designs, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare project reports, work schedules, and progress updates.
• Monitor the quality and efficient use of construction materials and equipment.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site management.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related applications is an added advantage.
