Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews according to the provided guidelines.
• Ensure accurate data entry according to instructions in the field manual.
• Upload interview results in real time.
• Seek supervisor assistance when faced with a challenging situation.
• Work with social mobilizers to ensure that participants are prepared for the interview process.
• Carry out all delegated work assigned by the team supervisor or UoM State representative.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Tertiary education will be an advantage.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data collection.
• Experience in using mobile-assisted technology in data collection.
• Experience in key population surveys at state/national levels will be an advantage.
• Residents in the selected state are strongly preferred.
• The ability to speak the local dialect fluently would be an advantage.
• Should understand the basic usage of a smartphone.

Job Description

• The Social Mobilizer will serve as the liaison officer between interviewers and participants and facilitate the recruitment process for interviews in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The social mobilizer, under the supervision of the KPSE field supervisor, will carry out the following:
• Connect with the community members and mobilize them for interviews.
• Inform community members, including spot owners/managers about the study.
• Inform community members about the study and prepare Key Informants for interview sessions.
•  Provide community members with updates about the study.
• Ensure that interviews are conducted in a congenial and conducive environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• The candidate should be learned and possess at least a First School Leaving Certificate.
• Being a key population community member of the target group is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of Previous experience working with Key populations.
• Possess good communication and organizational skills. 
• Residents in the selected state are strongly preferred.
• A good team player.
• Familiarity with the key population hotspots in the state 
• The ability to speak the local dialect is desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct interviews and provide clarity on study objectives to virtual community members during implementation.
• Upload data in real-time.
• Identify virtual platforms in which MSM network.
• Profile virtual spaces and estimate the number of MSM.
• Carry out the listing of virtual sites and enlist potential informants from the virtual sites.
• Arrange for identified and selected virtual site MSM to be interviewed at a physical location.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience working with key populations.
• Proficiency and extensive knowledge of virtual space are required.
• Experience with Geo social networking mobile phone Apps and sites is required.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Being a key population member of the target group is an advantage.
• Possess good communication and organizational skills.
• Residents in the selected state are strongly preferred.
• The ability to speak the local dialect is desirable.
