Accounts Receivable Officer at GW Support

Role Summary

The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for managing invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation. The role ensures accurate recording of sales, timely collection of receivables, and proper reconciliation of cash and bank transactions to safeguard company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise invoices and record all cash and credit sales accurately
• Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor daily cash sales and confirm bank deposits
• Maintain accurate debtor records and highlight overdue accounts
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
• Liaise with sales and operations teams for accurate billing and collections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in accounts receivable or similar role
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
• High attention to detail and integrity
