    Head of Investment Banking

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsibility for originating, structuring and executing client projects and mandates Networking and marketing
    • Expand opportunities with existing clients
    • Identify and act on referrals typically in relation to Investment Banking mandates
    • Drive the end-to-end capital raising process (public offers, private placements, commercial papers etc.) from the preparation of offer documents to the collation of returns/allotments.
    • Prepare complex quantitative analysis, create pricing models and evaluate strategies/alternatives in support of the issuance of long- term debt and/or equity.
    • Keep abreast of new regulations or policies that may affect various industries, as well as monitor the economy to determine its effect on capital raising.
    • Analyse client’s debt and equity portfolio and capital structure and assess alternative structures (funding strategies) to reduce the client’s cost of debt and/or increase its financial flexibility.
    • Oversee the development and evaluation of financial models with the capability to sensitize key inputs and stress test financial covenants.
    • Screening new projects, defining project description & scope and conducting feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures projecting cash flow & growth opportunities
    • Liaison with regulatory authorities for sanctions & approvals
    • Manage all activities related to funding tie-up & financial closure, up to disbursement.
    • Contribute to revenue and business development of other business.
    • Oversee quality transaction execution and client satisfaction
    • Implementation of strategic action plans
    • Enforcement of governance and control standards across the business
    • Any other duties assigned from time to time

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./M.Sc./MBA marketing/social sciences or any related course
    • Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience and above
    • Relevant certification /membership.

    Director of Business Development

    Responsibilities

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the overall mission and objectives of thee company
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making.

    Revenue Generation:

    • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities that diversify the company’s portfolio and increase revenue streams.
    • Develop pricing strategies and proposals that reflect the value of our services and meet client needs.

    Partnership Development:

    • Build and manage relationships with key partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance business prospects and collaborative opportunities.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with company goals.

    Marketing and Outreach:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach campaigns that promote the company’s services, capabilities, and success stories.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company’s visibility and reach.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
    • Oversee the proposal process and coordinate with various departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.

    Performance Analysis/Crisis and Risk Management

    • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, providing recommendations for adaptation and growth.
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate challenges in business development.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure business strategies align with operational capabilities and resource availability.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field;
    • Master’s degree is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy management within the events or hospitality sectors.
    • Proven track record in successfully leading business initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance market position.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform decision-making.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Leadership acumen, with experience in managing and developing teams toward achieving strategic goals.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and business intelligence tools skills as well as focused and results driven.
