Job Description

Daily Post-loan Management & Overdue Follow-up

•   Responsible for regular post-loan inspection of mortgage and distributor financing clients, track customer operating status, repayment ability and fund usage. Conduct hierarchical follow-up for early-stage, medium-stage and long-term overdue accounts, carry out telephone collection and on-site dunning, and urge customers to perform repayment obligations on time.

Collateral Management & Disposal

•   Conduct regular verification, inspection and status confirmation of mortgaged assets including real estate, equipment, inventory and other pledges. Monitor collateral occupancy, damage, transfer or hidden risks. Responsible for collateral valuation, seizure, custody, auction and liquidation disposal for defaulted projects to realize collateral monetization and loss offset.

Creditor’s Rights Confirmation & Recourse

•   Sort out and confirm company’s creditor’s rights amount, guarantee relationship and debt structure for overdue and non-performing assets. Complete creditor rights registration, evidence sorting and rights preservation work. Conduct debt negotiation, repayment restructuring, installment settlement and other recourse measures with default customers to recover outstanding funds.

​​​​​​​Legal & Litigation Cooperation

•   Cooperate with the legal team to sort out case materials, complete filing, arbitration, court enforcement and asset freezing procedures. Assist in litigation evidence collection, on-site property investigation and debtor track. Fully support legal proceedings to ensure smooth progress of judicial recourse and asset execution.

Risk Case Recording & Data Analysis

•   Establish and maintain standardized disposal ledgers for overdue, non-performing assets, collateral and creditor rights. Regularly sort out disposal progress, recovery rate, loss rate and key difficulties. Summarize disposal experience and form case analysis reports to support risk policy optimization.

Closed-loop Risk Disposal

•   Formulate targeted disposal plans for different types of default scenarios including customer operation deterioration, capital chain rupture and collateral value shrinkage. Track the whole process until account closure, realize full closed-loop management of post-loan risk disposal.
