Marketing Executive at Bheerhugz Café

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative, strategic, and deeply connected Marketing Executiveto elevate our brand, drive foot traffic, and maximize revenue.
• You will be responsible for designing and executing both digital and experiential marketing campaigns, managing our public image, curating themed nightlife  /  day-party experiences, and building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, influencers, and event promoters.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Branding & Social Media Management:

• Aesthetic Content Curation: Oversee the visual identity of our social media platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok). Ensure high-quality video and photo coverage of the lounge vibe, premium cocktails, gourmet food, and guest experiences.
• Trend Jacking: Keep a finger on the pulse of Lagos digital trends, trending sounds, and nightlife culture to create highly engaging, viral-potential content.
• Community Management: Engage with followers, promptly reply to DMs regarding reservations/bookings, and maintain an active, inviting online persona.

Event Curation & Nightlife Promotion:

• Themed Nights: Brainstorm, plan, and execute highly successful weekly activations (e.g., Lekki Corporate Happy Hour, Ladies' Night, Sunday Day-Parties, Afrobeats Night).
• Promoter & DJ Management: Collaborate with top Lagos DJs, hypemen, and independent nightlife promoters to book talent that guarantees crowd pull.
• Holiday & Special Event Execution: Drive heavy marketing for major calendar events (December in Lagos, Easter, long weekends, and public holidays).

Influencer & Lifestyle Public Relations (PR):

• Influencer Seeding & Hosting: Identify and build relationships with influencers, media personalities, and socialites to frequent the lounge and tag the venue.
• VVIP & HNI Relationship Management: Develop a database of high-end repeat clients, corporate event planners, and birthday celebrants to drive table bookings and private hall rentals.

Strategic Partnerships & Local Marketing:

• Corporate Activations: Pitch the lounge as the ideal venue for corporate mixers, product launches, and end-of-year parties to companies
• Brand Sponsorships: Secure mutually beneficial sponsorships and activations with premium liquor brands and local lifestyle businesses.
