- Oversee end-to-end credit risk management for mortgage loan businesses, establish and optimize mortgage risk assessment standards, policies and workflows.
- Conduct regular risk monitoring, track portfolio quality, identify potential default risks, and submit risk analysis reports and early warnings.

- Solid hands-on experience in merchant loan post-loan monitoring; proficient in full-process monitoring key points and operational procedures of merchant credit products including overdraft loans and term loans.Able to independently formulate, optimize and implement integrated on-site + off-site post-loan management strategies and customer visitation plans. With acute risk sensitivity, capable of capturing early credit risk warning signals, predicting asset quality deterioration trends, and conducting early intervention and risk prevention.
Distressed Client Resolution, Negotiation & Collection
- Able to independently formulate resolution plans for high-risk clients (overdue and potential non-performing loans). Compliance Control & Process Audit
- Familiar with local credit compliance regulations in Nigeria; proficient in full-process compliance requirements for pre-loan due diligence and disbursement review.Able to independently conduct pre-loan irregularity screening and post-disbursement fund flow tracking. Meticulous in detail control to eliminate compliance risks and ensure the entire post-loan management process complies with regulatory and internal corporate requirements.
Risk Identification & Intervention
- Keen risk insight to accurately identify early credit risk warnings and asset quality deterioration trends through multi-dimensional channels including post-loan monitoring, data analysis and customer feedback. Proactively propose targeted intervention measures to mitigate risk losses.
On-Site Inspection & Asset Verification
- Extensive practical experience in field visits and merchant inventory verification. Adopt a combined model of on-site inspection and remote verification to accurately verify the authenticity and accuracy of clients’ operating status and asset information, providing reliable basis for risk judgment.
Cross-Team Coordination & Management
- Effectively guide and supervise the sales team to implement daily post-loan management requirements. Responsible for credit limit approval, term setting and risk pricing of medium and large distributor financing projects, accurately identify channel credit risks.
Portfolio Risk Monitoring & Early Warning
- Undertake daily monitoring of the overall channel financing asset portfolio, track key indicators including dealer repayment status, overdue rate, inventory turnover, channel sales deviation and concentration risk. Establish risk early warning mechanism, identify abnormal dealers and potential default risks in advance, and issue targeted risk prompt and control suggestions.
Risk Mitigation & Default Disposal
- Formulate risk mitigation measures for high-risk customers and abnormal businesses.
