Job description

• You will be the first point of contact and ultimately you will be working with our clients on a regular basis. So it's important you are approachable and ultimately love speaking to people and building relationships. As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction.

You will:

• Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
• Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
• Keep the office in order and report any maintenance issues to our facilities manager
• Keep all spaces in the office clean, tidy and ready for use (kitchen stocked up, conference rooms connected, workstations tidy, etc.)
• Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints pointing them to the right person within the organization
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages where necessary
• Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
• Prepare and manage outgoing mail
• Check, sort and forward our shared info mail where general inquiries come into daily.
• Monitor office supplies
• Place supply orders when necessary
• Monitor and update records and files
• Monitor and log office expenses and costs

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as Front Office Receptionist or similar role
• Knowledge of office machines (e.g. fax, printer, telephones, etc.)
• Knowledge of office management
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

What You"ll Need

What You’ll Be Doing

• You will lead the quality assurance efforts of Lemonade by designing and implementing internal tools and automated systems.
• The candidate must be able to work closely with software engineers to drive resolution of issues.
• The environment is fast paced, and the projects evolve quickly.
• The candidate must be detail oriented, agile, and self-motivated.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in building complex automated systems and in building or working with continuous integration systems.
• Screen and triage bug reports
• Perform pre-release testing
• Build automated testing system for high-performance and Internet scale services
• Build systems to do validation, performance, and unit testing
• Contribute to the quality strategy of the products
• Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements

GOALS:

Requirements

• 5+ years of quality assessment and automation experience
• Extensive background writing mobile functional automation tests
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming in Java, Groovy, or Ruby
• Excellent understanding of Appium Framework
• Excellent understanding of version control systems such as GitHub
• Good experience with XCode or Android Studio IDE
• Good experience with mobile native test frameworks: XCUITest or Espresso
• Good experience with continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins 2.0)
• Proficiency administering Unix-based platforms

Job description

• As a backend engineer you’ll be tasked with creating a system that powers application parts such as crediting and debiting a user, vital third party integrations, and development of robust and secure APIs to be consumed by web and mobile apps.
• You have experience with relational databases to implement atomicity as well as prevent risks such as race conditions, or, improper crediting/debiting of a user's account.

You will:

• Design, build and improve our Wallet systems putting atomicity into consideration
• Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance and reliability of the product.
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to continuously improve Lemonade Wallet and payment systems.
• Engineer abstractions that make building financial products easier for internal teams
• Contribute to other part of our code base to improve reliability and efficiency
• Document process flows for features and integrations
• Write unit tests to ensure the system meets requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience writing backend software
• Minimum of 3 years writing and deploying mission critical applications in Golang
• Experience building reliability into your application
• Experience building with Docker
• Experience working in a team and working with version control software like Github
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL experience is preferred)
• Experience with data migration
• Experience with building scalable distributed systems and developer APIs
• Experienced working in a fast-paced and high-growth engineering environment
