Experience & Activation Manager at BEXIL Group

The Experience & Activation Manager will be responsible for increasing customer traffic, designing engaging weekly experiences, executing promotional campaigns, and positioning BEXIL Gardens as the leading lifestyle destination in Maiduguri.

This role requires a creative, energetic, and result-driven individual who understands event strategy, youth engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly themed events and customer activations
• Increase daily and monthly customer traffic
• Design promotional campaigns and experience packages
• Collaborate with kitchen team for special menu promotions
• Build partnerships with influencers, schools, organizations, and brands
• Coordinate with digital marketing team for content and event coverage
• Track performance metrics including revenue growth and attendance
• Prepare activation performance reports
